SSC CPO SI Training is designed to prepare candidates for the Sub-Inspector positions in Delhi Police, CAPFs (CRPF, BSF, ITBP, CISF, SSB), and other paramilitary forces through the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Central Police Organization (CPO) exam. The training focuses on a complete preparation strategy — combining physical endurance, written test readiness, and interview skills. Cadets undergo rigorous sessions in running, long jump, high jump, and shot put as per the Physical Endurance Test (PET) standards.
